What were you saying at the end of last season? What were you saying towards the end of 2006? Where you screaming for Jol's head when we had 11 straight wins at home before Christmas?
Shame on you!!!
Has history never taught you anything?
You can't go around sacking managers just because of a poor run! We have had long term injuries to key players. That's why the team keeps changing. By your own admission we are probably one or two players short of being a top 4 side. Look at the bigger picture. What Jol and his sidekicks have done is set the foundations for the future.
We do not need a left sided midfielder or another left back. We need a player with balls. Someone who can lead us. A Dave McKay or a Roy Keane. Personally I think Nolan could do the job but he is a northern twat who would only move to Manure.
I get so angry with people who only come on here when things aren't going so well, demanding to get people sacked or sold on. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but lets make it constructive. Jol has done wonders for us. We are going through a sticky patch. You cannot sack him for a bad month!!!!! Not mid season. We have the UEFA Cup and the FA Cup and the run in to the end of the season to consider. Now is not the time to rock the boat.

When It Gets To The Stage The Players Dont Want To Play For You, Its Time To Go.
We Really Have Become A Laugh! Beaten By Shef Utd, How Much Have They Spent..... Prob About £1000. How Much Has The Jolly Green Giant Spent........... Only Chel-ski Have Spent More Than Us!!!!!!!
Some Of The Buys Have Been Terrible!!!!!
But The Only Problem Is, If He Is Sacked, We Would Prob Get Sven In! But Seriously Its Time For Change! Its Just Not Good Enough As It Is Becoming Comical!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You cannot blame Martin Jol for the below par performance of our players. He is the best manager we have had since Terry Venables. For the fisrt time in years we are pulling the same direction. It takes time and persistance to create a winning mentality. We are a young team with immense potential but all good things come to those who wait.
If we are being honest, last year we blatantly punched above our weight and expected the same this season, which obviously has not happened.
Carrick's (which some of us did not highly rate!) departure has effected our midfield balance. Huddlestone has the capability but perhaps this is a season or two to early to expect him to hold the midfield single handedlily?
We have been missing Ledley King as much as Chelsea have miseed John Terry. His presence and reading of the game inspires and relaxes our spine. He is an imperitive and major influence on the whole team and supporters.
We won't make Champions League this year or maybe even next but we have to get behind our young committed players and have belief that all good things come to those who wait! (Could be worse, we could be in West Ham's position)
Please keep the faith in Martin, we don;t need another Christiam Gross........ or even worse GEORGE GRAHAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
COYS!

When we are losing 2-0 to the spanners, it's more than embarrassing, hope we will turn it round, but look at Jol, no reaction, team seems to be playing with more determination but tactically, it seems to be shambles, he needs to make changes ASAP.

I am sick of all these fickle fans ! finally the penny has droped and eveyone from top to bottom are pulling in the same direction Jol has galvanised the club together and the board have backed him, there is a long term plan in place, not another false dawn.Open your eyes and get behind the team.

There always seems to be one out there who always wants to skin the manager! The differnence between spurs fans and all the other is? we may not win a lot, but we stay loyal, that makes other fans jelious when we turn up each away game with thousands of loyal dedicated spurs followers.
I live now in Ireland, but when I go to North London home for me, I pay for a match like the Bolton game, my two kids 5 & 2 are memers too. I love white hart lane and all associated with it. Lets stick by a bloody good manager for once, lets face it thank french manager from that dusbin lid of a team, did not win right from the start did he! I am ashamed to admit it, but look what he has achieved over 10 years, more than us! We just blame the manager, and get rid! Wake up all those manic depressives!:p
