after everything that has gone on at the camp site they call upton park this season.dodgey deals illegal players should have got hammered for 10 points .and pending court cases .i just had a look at next sundays fixtures and one jumped out at me and said we dont need a court case because wigan are playing sheff utd and seen as how both clubs are threatening to take the pikeys premier league and the pope to court they could solve the problem all on there own because while the spammers go to old trafford for there annual tonking if say wigan where to beat sheff utd then down they go no need for court .and all is as it should be i can see a phone ringing this week between jewel and warnock and hopefully a little arrangement being made .i really really hope it does happen after what they got away with .a taste of there own medicine be interesting to see how the premier league handle that one probably cave in to the pikeys and make them champions by default as not to upset garibaldi.they must go down .;)

either way, i agree. If it was one of the other smaller clubs they would definatley have been deducted points.
If the pikeys do stay up i can see a legal battle over the summer.
If the FA had taken notice of there own rules west ham would already be arranging visits to walsall, scunthorpe etc.
as i understand it the pikeys have broken 2 specific rules by.
1....playing a player/s owned by a third party.
2....playing players illegally registered (as above)
the penalties for these are ubundantly clear in the FA rules, points deductions.
any club relegated at the pikeys expense have every right to contest their demotion.
I think the FA have opened up a huge can of worms for themselves and i believe their integrity should now be questioned, remember one club looks like their going to lose up to 60 million quid whereas west ham have recieved a paltry 5 million fine and 0 points deduction.

I think that the main reason for this is that one of the "top 4" are guilty of something very similar and the FA are bricking it if it comes out and they will have to do the same to one of their fav's.
This should have been dealt with a long long time ago when it wouldn't have been such an issue. Wigan will probably go down as WH will be playing a predominantly Manure reserve side and knowing their luck will probably force a draw.
They have either rode their luck over the last month or they have been given a huge helping hand (after all WH will draw bigger crowds than Wigan). Getting at least 2 dubious penalties, being awarded goals which never crossed the line etc. The whole thing stinks!
Good Luck Wigan.

Yep I thought of the scenario of Sheff utd letting wigan win. I can see that game being 0 - 0 at half time and I really hope they see and we see that Man U are beating West Ham. Then hopefully same scenario is the case 5 mins from time and then Wigan get a goal. However I think Man U have got to be 3goals clear for Sheff Utd to think that since imagine hammers getting one back say to 2-1 after wigan score. I dont want Sheff Utd to go down but obviously I'd Love it if Hammers went down LOVE IT.
Mind you I'll be at the Lane watching Spurs v Man City so it would just add to the atmosphere knowing Hammers have gone down and we clinch 5th.
What an amazing thought.
